At INTERSPORT Australia, we are committed to providing you with the best sporting gear and want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unworn, and have all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments cannot be returned unless faulty.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or contact your local INTERSPORT store to begin the process. You will need your order number and the email address used to complete the purchase.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided return shipping label. Drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used.
